The Canadian Sports Neuropsychology group was formed in 2015 with the goal of applying the Society’s objectives to the medical, clinical, social, and economic circumstances of Canada.

SNS members, Dr. Marty Mrazik and Dr. Brenda Spiegler, served at the primary Sports Neuropsychologists for the NHL Edmonton and Toronto Stanley Cup bubbles that were established for safe play during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Click here to learn more about their work to ensure the safety of NHL athletes, including mental health supports.  Congratulations to Drs. The “Gesellschaft für Sport-Neuropsychologie” (GSNP) is a non-profit scientific association established in 2015. The German (and English) speaking members are operating in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. They are graduate psychologists, neuropsychologists and sports psychologists who are active in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mild brain injuries in professional and amateur athletes.
